Saint Kitts and Nevis

Saint Kitts (also known more formally as Saint Christopher Island (Saint-Christophe in French)) is an island in the West Indies. The west side of the island borders the Caribbean Sea, and the eastern coast faces the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Kitts and the neighboring island of Nevis constitute one country: the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
The island is one of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. It is situated about 2,100 km southeast of Miami, Florida. The land area of St. Kitts is about 168 km, being approximately 29 km long and on average about 8 km across.
Saint Kitts has a population of around 35,000, the majority of whom are mainly of African descent. The primary language is English, with a literacy rate of approximately 98%. Residents call themselves Kittitians.
The Citizenship Program of St. Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis was established in 1984 and requires applicants to make an economic contribution to the country. In exchange, they and their families are granted full citizenship.

  The main applicant must be at least 18 years of age, a spouse, children under 30 years of age, unmarried and economic fully supported by his or her parents can apply the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship together.
  Applicants should have no criminal record and no any contagious diseases.
  The main applicant can be granted citizenship by making a contribution to the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation (SIDF) starting from US$ 250,000 to $ 300,000 (depending on the number of applicants).
  An investment in designated Real Estate with a value of at least USD 400,000.
  Generous tax regime - no wealth, gift, inheritance, foreign income or capital gains tax.
  Citizenship for life, including an unlimited number of eligible dependents. Applicants are not required to visit or reside on the island.
  There are no language, age, business experience, and educational requirements.
  Visa-free travel to over 120 countries, including the Schengen area, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and many others.
