Cyprus

Cyprus, officially the Republic of Cyprus, is an island country in the Eastern Mediterranean and the third largest and third most populous island in the Mediterranean. It is located south of Turkey, west of Syria and Lebanon, northwest of Israel and Palestine, north of Egypt, and southeast of Greece.
Cyprus is a major tourist destination in the Mediterranean. With an advanced, high-income economy and a very high Human Development Index, the Republic of Cyprus has been a member of the Commonwealth since 1961 and was a founding member of the Non-Aligned Movement until it joined the European Union on 1 May 2004. On 1 January 2008, the Republic of Cyprus joined the Eurozone.
The Citizenship by Investment Program of Cyprus has been operating since 2013 and is legally entrenched in the Civil Registry Laws of Scheme for Naturalization by Exception of Investors in Cyprus.

  The main applicant must be at least 18 years of age, a spouse, children under 18 years of age, unmarried and economic fully supported by his or her parents can apply the Cyprus Citizenship together.
  Applicants should have no criminal record and no any contagious diseases.
  Investment in real estate, land development and infrastructure projects for €2,0 million. The applicant should have made the necessary investments during the three years preceding the date of the application and must retain the said investments for a period of at least three years as from the date of the naturalization. And applicant must possess a permanent privately-owned residence in the Republic of Cyprus, the purchase price of which must be at least €500.000, plus V.A.T.
  There are no language, and residency requirement.
  Full Citizenship for life which can be passed to future generations by descent.
  Cyprus passport holders have the right to live and work anywhere in the 27 countries of the EU.
  Study in the EU for free or for special tuition fees applicable to EU students (depending on EU country).
  Travel visa-free to at least 157 countries, including the EU, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand.
